Contractors continue working on their punch lists, finish painting and touch-up continues throughout,

Final cleaning continues throughout as areas ae readied for final State inspections and owner occupancy.  Temporary occupancy permits are in place for all areas.  The plumbing inspection is completed and approved.  Final State Structural, mechanical, and electrical inspection is scheduled for the week of 8/15.  Installation of epoxy flooring in Area F is complete.  Final sealer is being installed on the Gym floor.   Work on exterior seeding and landscaping continues and is nearly complete.  Owner continues to move in and set up classrooms. Furniture assembly and placement continues in all areas.

Exterior sidewalks continue to be cleaned and then sealed.  Mechanical work continues with air balance and punch list.  Electrical trades continue with final connections throughout as well as punch list items.  Final data connections are being made.  The owner is receiving various trainings on equipment and systems.

Contractors continue to complete punch lists, continue final interior finish painting work, epoxy flooring in Area  F, installation of furnishings throughout, installation of wood doors, HVAC water and air balance, landscaping, and work toward project completion.  Work is progressing well toward the open house on August 21.

Installation of interior wood doors continues.  Installation of furniture continues throughout.   Mechanical, fire protection, and electrical trades continue with final installation work and start-up of HVAC systems and controls.  The State elevator inspection is complete and partial occupancy inspections are scheduled for Areas C & D.  Installation of data final connections and testing continues.

Work on exterior seeding continues.  Installation of exterior post and panel signage is nearly complete.  Installation of epoxy flooring in Areas B & F is progressing and will continue for the next two weeks.  Installation of other flooring and base in Area A and F will continue for the next week or so.  Installation of bleacher seating in the performing Arts Center should be complete next week.  Installation of interior wood doors continues.  Mechanical, fire protection, and electrical trades continue with final installation work and start-up of HVAC systems and controls.  The make-up air unit for the commercial kitchen is being installed this week as well as final electrical connections to the kitchen exhaust hood.  The State elevator inspection is scheduled to be complete this week.   Installation of data final connections and testing continues.

Paving of the NW parking lot has started.   Installation of epoxy flooring in Area F is progressing on the north half.  Installation of storefront systems continues.  Painting in the front entry and Reception is progressing.  Flooring installation in Areas C & D continues with the installation of stair treads and risers.  Mechanical, fire protection, and electrical trades continue with installation of air diffusers, sprinkler heads, light fixtures and electrical devices in ceilings as grid work is completed.  Installation of data wiring and connections continues.  Installation of electrical circuits continues in the Kitchen.
